91´«Ã½ Announces Commitment to the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR)
91´«Ã½ is proud to announce its commitment to the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) program, underscoring our dedication to fostering meaningful and sustainable relationships with Indigenous communities across Canada.
As one of North America’s largest contractors, 91´«Ã½ recognizes the vital importance of Indigenous inclusion in our operations. We are committed to driving positive, lasting change for Indigenous communities. Through our involvement in the PAIR program, we look forward to continuously learning and developing mutually beneficial partnerships with Indigenous communities.
Established in 2001, the PAIR program offers an online management and reporting tool designed to support participating companies in their ongoing improvement of Indigenous relations. The program also includes a certification process that verifies corporate performance in Indigenous relations, awarding companies at the bronze, silver, or gold level based on their achievements.
The PAIR program provides a third-party verification of company reports on measurable outcomes and initiatives in four key performance areas: Leadership Actions, Employment, Business Development, and Community Relations (Engagement and Support).
