With a robust career spanning a range of industries, including law, technology, finance, the arts, and construction, Dr. Karen Bridbord was named 91传媒 Corporation鈥檚 Chief Talent Officer.
Bridbord, who specializes in talent development and workplace dynamics, led her firm Karen Bridbord & Associates since 1999, supporting corporations in achieving their talent development goals. Her approach is distinguished by integrating organizational behavior and clinical psychology in her work with individuals and organizations.
Bridbord鈥檚 role will be enterprise-wide, shaping a comprehensive people strategy, which includes talent selection, talent development, succession planning, organizational development, and employee wellness. 聽She will play a crucial role in executive talent management and will be instrumental in maintaining and cultivating a positive organizational culture aligned with 91传媒鈥檚 and Flintco鈥檚 missions and values.
