91´«Ă˝ Announces George Franco as Chief Innovation Officer
ST. LOUIS — 91´«Ă˝ Corporation has appointed George Franco as chief innovation officer. In this role, Franco will foster a culture of creativity and strategic problem-solving, advancing innovation strategies that address today’s construction challenges while positioning 91´«Ă˝ for long-term success in an evolving industry.
Franco brings nearly 20 years of experience driving innovation in construction, where he has effectively combined advanced technology with business strategy to foster sustainable growth. Throughout his career, Franco has developed and executed innovation strategies that align technological advancements with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency and support long-term success. His expertise spans implementing new technologies, streamlining workflows, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to boost productivity and adaptability. Most recently, Franco served as vice president of advanced technologies and innovation at Moss & Associates.

Franco holds an MBA in Business Intelligence and Analytics from Nova Southeastern University and a business degree from the University of Florida. He has completed postgraduate professional programs in innovation and technology, AI and machine learning, and data science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of Texas at Austin, and Stanford University. Additionally, he completed executive education at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Franco serves on the board of advisors for Florida International University’s School of Construction Management, where he leads the technology & innovation subcommittee. He is also a subcommittee leader focused on AI at BuildingSMART USA and a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Florida East Coast’s technology committee.
